Dr. Sulkin accepts most private insurance policies as an "in-network" clinician.

Dr. Sulkin does not accept the following insurance: Worker's Compensation, Tricare, Medicaid, Managed Care Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care Medicare, Family/Child Health Plus, Fidelis Care, the Essential Plan, or any insurance through the NYS Marketplace, Exchange or Healthy New York programs.

Dr. Sulkin does not participate in any EAPs (employee assistance programs).

For those without insurance (or without an insurance that he accepts), Dr. Sulkin offers a sliding scale fee schedule for individual, couples and family therapy, as well as group therapy sessions. Dr. Sulkin accepts cash, personal checks, and most cards.

Dr. Sulkin's standard fee for the initial session of individual, couples/marital and/or family therapy is $225, and he charges $200 for couples and $165 for individuals per session thereafter.  This slides down to $125 for the initial session and $100 thereafter, depending on the client's income/financial situation. 

Dr. Sulkin's group therapy fees start at $165 per session and slide down to $1 per session, depending on the client's income/financial situation. (The average fee per session is $55).
